Kelly McDonald

Kelly is an associate attorney at MPM. His practice focuses on consulting clients with respect to general pre-litigation and litigation matters. Kelly has significant experience representing both property owners and contractors in commercial and residential construction disputes. He has handled cases in both state and federal court. Kelly has represented a number of pro bono clients, including victims of domestic violence. He is a member of the board of directors for MaineShare and the Chair of the Police Citizen Review Subcommittee for the City of Portland.
Kelly is a graduate of the University of Virginia Law School, where he received awards for best oral argument and for his pro bono work. Prior to law school, he taught high school math in the George School and owned and operated a translation business in Krakow, Poland.
He lives in Portland with his wife, Lynn Maziarz, and two children, William and Charlotte.
