Thomas Douglas

tdouglas@mpmlaw.com

Thomas joined MPM as a civil litigator in 2004, after working at a large firm in Boston for a year.  Since moving his practice to Maine, Thomas has successfully litigated many different types of cases in both state and federal court, including general business disputes, intellectual property matters, probate contests, construction cases, and personal injury claims.

Thomas was selected as a “New England Rising Star” in Business Litigation for 2009 by Super Lawyers magazine. Rising Stars are attorneys either 40 years old or younger or in practice for ten years or less. While up to five percent of the lawyers in Maine are named as Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.  Thomas was also elected to the Board of Governors for the Maine Trial Lawyers Association in 2009.

Thomas lives in Windham with his family.
