Our practice includes all aspects of federal and state regulation affecting utilities, producers, third-party suppliers, midstream operators and transporters, distributors, consumers, and investors, as well as manufacturers and real estate developers and lenders. We represent clients before the Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont Public Utilities Commissions (PUCs), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Federal Telecommunications Commission (FTC), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other state and federal agencies.

- Turn-key energy projects representation, including negotiation of base agreements and securing project financing, facility permitting, and siting for independent power plants, renewable energy, and co-generation plants; and
- Structuring and negotiating sales and power purchase agreements.
