Murray Plumb & Murray’s Public Utility practice is an integrated, multidisciplinary team serving companies in the telephone, ferry, electricity, water, oil & gas, wastewater, renewable energy, and clean technology. Our practice includes all aspects of federal and state regulation affecting utilities, producers, third party suppliers, midstream operators and transporters, distributors, consumers, and investors, as well as manufacturers and real estate developers and lenders.
