Katherine Krakowka named Director; Stacey Neumann joins Management Committee

Murray Plumb & Murray is pleased to announce that Katherine Krakowka has been elected a Director of the firm as of January 1, 2021.

Krakowka has been working at the firm since 2019 as an of counsel attorney with a focus on Business & Corporate Law and Business Reorganization & Insolvency. She serves as general counsel to a number of businesses and has spent much of the past year helping clients navigate business and economic decisions related to the pandemic.

“Katie will make a wonderful addition to the Director ranks at Murray Plumb & Murray,” noted Drew Anderson, Managing Director of Murray Plumb & Murray. “She has been an active participant in the firm since joining our team and this year especially has played a crucial role in supporting our local business community as a thought leader on risk planning and a legal expert on pandemic assistance programs. Stacey Neumann

Krakowka is Co-Chair of the Maine State Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Section and serves as the Portland-area alumni chapter leader for Boston College Law School. She is a resident of North Yarmouth.

Additionally, Stacey Neumann has been named to Murray Plumb & Murray’s Management Committee. Neumann is a Director at the firm and Chair of the Employment and Criminal/White Collar Defense Practice Groups. She serves on the Board of the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is a resident of Scarborough.
