Murray Plumb & Murray is pleased to welcome Employment Law attorney Ali Tozier to its practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Tozier practiced employment law at Littler Mendelson, a leading boutique labor and employment law firm. She also interned with the Maine Human Rights Commission.
“Empathy is key to Ali’s practice, and that’s something we value in our associates,” said Murray Plumb & Murray Managing Director Drew Anderson. “She goes above and beyond for her clients, and we’re proud to welcome that enthusiasm to our team.”
Tozier is the elected District Representative for Maine and VT for the American Bar Association, and was elected to be Chair of the New Lawyers Section of the Maine Bar Association starting January 2019.
She spends her free time running Peer to Peer (P2P) Exchange for Legal Professionals, which she founded with Francine Ngabu, an asylee from the DR Congo who was formerly a judge. The organization connects immigrants with legal backgrounds with those currently involved in the legal profession in Maine.
Tozier attended the University of Maine School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. She is a resident of Portland, Maine.
